Rosina here. Happy St. Patrick\’s Day! I hope you had a wonderful holiday!
I didn\’t do anything really special to celebrate, I\’m afraid.
I did spend a few minutes looking at St. Patrick\’s oriented templates in canva, but just a few minutes, I didn\’t make anything, lol.
I spent far too long trying to figure out how to show a PDF in an iframe so I can show some stats to those in the Success Journey.
I never did figure out why it\’s not working as it works correctly on another site.
I think it might have something to do with Clickfunnels SSL and I have a support request in to them, but they seem to have the holiday off as I haven\’t gotten responses on any of my support tickets since yesterday.
Yes, I have multiple support requests in with them, lol. I take full advantage of their support team and am a major supplier of bug reports and feature requests. Just like a good beta tester should do 😄.
After spending so much time on that, I didn\’t think I\’d get a lot more done, but I managed to get a couple blog posts and several more pages done in Success Journey.
They aren\’t beautiful, but they provide the information I want them to which is most important.
I got several pages done in the Products section and created a Programs section with 1 completed page and 1 started and an Ideas section (no pages in there yet) and a couple more pages in the Resources and Training sections.
Wow, so I guess I got a lot done! Go take a look and tell me what you think!
I didn\’t spend my usual time on marketing as I was listening to a webinar training during that time.
Gotta make sure I do my marketing at another time of day on those training days.
Producing stuff was far more fun, though, lol.
I finished reading Start With Why today, mostly just the acknowledgements. And like any truly good book, he had a lot of help along the way.
Now, on to traffic.
I have another social network for you to try out.
Ever heard of WT.Social?
WT.Social contains no advertisements, and runs on donations. On launch it gained 400,000 registered users by December of 2019.
It was built by one of the founders of Wikipedia (which is hugely successful).
What to do:
- post like you would on any social network
- find niche related Sub Wikis and post in them – Sub Wikis are like Subreddits or Facebook groups
Benefits
- Unlike most social networks, WT. Social actually wants you to promote your content – without spamming
- Gives you guidelines how to promote your content on the site
- Gets over 105,000 visitors per month, with highest percentage from the US
Downsides
- Like any social network, you have to build up a following for your posts to be seen
My opinion of WT Social
As far as social networks go, I couldn\’t think of too many downsides to WT Social and the fact that you can post your links and still be seen is a huge upside. It\’s still a social network, so general social network pluses and minuses still mostly apply.
So, what do you think? Gonna try out WT.social?
Write me back and tell me what you think of this social network and if you\’ll be using it.
And, let me know what traffic sources you\’d like me to cover.
To your success!
Rosina
