Happy Labor Day! I hope you have had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed yourself.
Yesterday was Sunday, so I didn\’t write. I always take a break on Sunday to spend the day worshipping and serving others. I\’m trying to learn what I can do with my new calling as Family History Consultant.
I took a walk with my dog early this morning and the temperature was comfortable – warm for that time of morning but not too bad. I went back outside this afternoon and it was HOT – well into the hundreds.
I have to take advantage of the comfortable temperatures when we can get them because the heat does not want to let up. That high pressure ridge is just sitting over us here in Southern California.
I have been considering the subconscious mind the last couple of days, the eleventh step to riches.
The subconscious mind is always doing something. You may voluntarily affect what is happening in the subconscious mind or you may let it take its own way with your thoughts feelings and emotions.
But positive and negative emotions cannot occupy the mind at the same time. One or the other must dominate.
So, I choose to plant my plans, positive thoughts and constructive purposes in my subconscious mind so that it can turn those plans into reality. I choose to have faith in what I am doing so that the positive dominates.
