Exodus 18:25-26
25 And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them aheads over the people, rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.
26 And they judged the people at all seasons: the hard causes they brought unto Moses, but every small matter they judged themselves.

It is amazing what a little advice from someone can do. Jethro, Moses\’ father-in-law, advised him to not try to do everything himself. What power that brought and the people were able to rule themselves.

Random Thoughts
I learned the importance of the thumbnail for your YouTube videos today. I think the ones I\’ve been doing are fine for what I\’m doing – quick and easy – but I shall have to think about better ones as I make more videos that aren\’t just reviews and even could do better ones for reviews.
