We had a tornado touch down near Los Angeles today!
What a storm we are having.
Tornados are not unheard of around here, but they are rare and we go years without having one (and it has been years since the last one around here)!
It destroyed a good bit of property and uprooted several large trees that fell onto roads and power lines and stuff.
During times like these, I can be glad that I work from home and don\’t have to make my way around problems like that, lol.
So on to traffic, I have another blogging platform for you today…
Vocal Media is a platform where you can write to make money.
Over 4 million people a month visit this website, so there is a lot of traffic there to be had if you have the ambition to tap into it. Over 40% of that traffic is coming from the United States, so you know there are plenty of buyers there.
What to do:
- Pick a niche
- Publish consistently in that niche
Benefits
- It\’s good quality traffic that are reading articles in the niche they are interested in
- You can get paid directly for publishing in 3 ways: 1) get paid per view, 2) get paid \”tips\” from readers who like your article, 3) participate in challenges
- 4 million visitors per month is a LOT of traffic to be had
- you can easily drive traffic with links directly in your article
Downsides
- It can take a while to build a following so you have a good number of views
- Like all blogging platforms you have to be consistent about your publishing
My opinion of Vocal.media
It\’s another great blogging platform and if you are publishing to one, you can add this one without significant additional investment in time. Plus you can get paid directly from it too.
So, there you go… gonna give it a go?
