I was reading the companion book Start With Why that I mentioned the other day last night. It is called Find Your Why.
One of the exercises in the book is to think of stories from your growing up and even older and to dig into them about your feelings and what makes them important to you. It encourages you to have someone help you, someone to tell the stories to and to dig deep into their meaning.
I’ve just started getting into that exercise in the book, so I’ve yet to see how it all goes, but it sounds like an interesting exercise and even just reading that first part of it has got me thinking of stories and what they mean to me.
It will be interesting to see how it goes.
Tomorrow is my regular medical appointment so I probably won’t write tomorrow.
