Rosina here. How’s your Monday? Hope you had a great weekend too!
I got up bright and early this morning to attend some early morning webinars. Well early for me, not so early for the presenter since he’s in the UK, lol.
It was still pitch dark outside for me. But I managed to get up and get dressed before the webinar started.
Actually I decided a few days ago to start getting up earlier. This is so I can start doing a new morning routine and do better at planning and evaluation even on the days I drive down to San Bernardino to take my friend to the school for the blind.
Speaking of her, she called me today because she’s sick and won’t be going to school tomorrow.
So with that in mind, I’ve started planning out my day to work on business stuff all day. And boy do I have plans for what I want to accomplish!
Hopefully she’ll get feeling better quickly. She’ll call me Wednesday and let me know if she’s going to school on Thursday.
Now, on to promoting our online course…
Daily traffic is essential. Without traffic there will be no buyers and without buyers, all your work was for naught (well maybe not completely, you at least learned something in your research, but still, you WANT money and to help others…).
So where are you going to get traffic…
Of course there’s the standard ways that you use to get traffic for all your offers… FB, YouTube, Instagram, other social media… your blog… paid traffic like solo ads, FB ads, Google ads, etc… and don’t forget mailing to your list, the most important one of all.
And you should do all those things you normally do.
But, online courses are unique in that there are places such as Udemy which are focused on learning where you can post a little about your course and a link and be pretty much guaranteed traffic with only 10-15 minutes work.
So, I have a challenge for you!
Find some sites focused on learning (a simple google search should reveal several) where you can post about your course and email them back to me.
Then I’ll make a resource guide including yours, all the ones I know about and those others I give this challenge to also find.
Only those who contribute will get a copy of the guide for free, so be sure to do a little research and contribute a couple sites!
Let’s see what we can find! Find those learning sites!
