I'm a software developer with a Master's in Computer Science from BYU and decades of experience building solutions for companies like IBM, Intel, and beyond. But I can't work a traditional job anymore.

Living with Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder and chronic pain from a shattered leg means regular ECT treatments, constant doctor appointments, and the ever-present possibility of hospitalization. Traditional employment isn't an option—but building open source software is.

Every project I create runs on community support. Every line of code is possible because people believe in what I'm doing.
