Have You Considered At All Your Why?

I hope you had a wonderful weekend.  I did; it was wonderful watching conference.

I also finished reading a book, Start With Why. An excellent book and I highly recommend it.

It discusses the reason your business exists and how we all start businesses for a reason beyond money or our products. It uses lots of examples of companies we are familiar with – some positively, some not so positively. And it shows how when a company loses focus of why they are really doing things and start to focus on what they are doing, they lose the real motivators in the company.

It’s made me really start to think about what my why is and how I can make it clearer.
