Rosina here. Happy Saturday! I hope you’re having a great weekend!
As I mentioned Thursday, I went to a church activity last night. It was the performance of Roadshows by the Young Men and Young Women (teenagers) in the stake.
Each ward performed their play that they wrote and practiced over the last few months.
They are major amateurs of course, but all of the kids and their leaders did a good job and it was enjoyable.
Today, I launched a new site, TheEbookCorner.com! It only has one book available on it, but I’m almost finished with another to add to it!
And I’ll keep adding books to it, including books by other authors. (So, if you have a book you’d like featured on it, don’t hesitate to contact me about it!)
So, you can guess what kept me busy today, The Ebook Corner and my new book! lol
Truthfully, setting up The Ebook Corner took very little time at all, maybe an hour, and that included watching all the tutorial videos.
It’s not got a lot of configurability, but it’s a good, basic shop site.
I mentioned Sqribble the other day, well this is through one of their upgrades, Sqrindle. So, if you’d like to create your own little ebook site, I recommend it, it’s quick and easy.
You won’t get a lot of organic traffic without some work, because you can’t even put google analytics code on it, so it’ll take some work even to get Google to find it, but the more places you can list your ebooks the better even if they won’t be indexed very rapidly… refer to it on your blog and in other places and it will eventually.
So, that’s my tip for the day, get Sqribble and the upgrade Sqrindle and create your own store…then write!
You can also put your audio books on your Sqrindle site, btw.
So, Write me back and tell me what you think of making your own ebook store, or what you’re going to do with all this.
Have a great Sunday and I’ll see you back here on Monday!
To your success!
